At SaralCrafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since each of our products is crafted with care, we have a clear and simple policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Art pieces must be returned in their original protective packaging.
The customer will bear return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be processed for items of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
For items of different value, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
The same conditions apply as our standard return policy.
