Cancellation Policy

1. 1. Order Cancellations by Customer
      • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us.
      • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
      • Custom/commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
   2. Order Cancellations by SaralCrafts
      • Orders may be cancelled if items are unavailable, payment fails, or fraud is suspected.
      • Full refund will be provided if cancelled by SaralCrafts.
   3. Refunds for Cancellations
      • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
      • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless cancellation is our error.
   4. Payment Policy (No COD)
      • Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT accepted.
      • All purchases must be prepaid using secure online payment methods.
