EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery of the original product.
  • The item must be in original, unused condition, with all the original packaging, tags, accessories and documentation intact.
  • Custom‑made or personalised items cannot be exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective.
  • If you wish to exchange for an item of equal value, we will process the exchange without additional cost for the valuation difference.
  • If you wish to exchange for an item of different value, we will charge you the difference (for a higher value item) or refund you the difference (for a lower value item), after inspection.
  • All other conditions of our standard return policy apply to exchanged items (e.g., condition of item, packaging, shipping).
  • To request an exchange, please email us at saraltraditionalcrafts@gmail.com with subject line: Exchange Request – Order #: [YourOrderNumber]. Include photographs showing the condition of the item, your reason for exchange, and your preferred replacement item.
  • Once your request is approved, we will instruct you on how to send back the item and confirm the replacement dispatch details.
  • You (the customer) will bear the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item) in which case we will cover the return shipping.
  • After we receive and verify the returned item meets the required condition, we will dispatch the replacement item.
  • Please note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item. If the replacement is unavailable, we may offer you a full refund or store credit as an alternative.
  • This Exchange Policy applies only to products purchased from our online store (https://saralcrafts.in).
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time — any changes will apply to orders placed after the revision date.
